Xbox Official server's seem to have latency issues - specifically Mi 8677.
I have tested this over a span of a week with me, and 4 other user(s) who also note the same experience.

• How**

Item Switch delay comes and goes every 10 seconds and has a delay of (0.5-2s) above normal.
Player(s) and Zombie(s) teleport every now and then.

• More Details**

We have also communicated with player(s) on the server and they have reported the same issue (from 27 responses).
