game keeps freezing every 15 seconds or so its not usually random (i timed it) and it got to 15 seconds and it used to freeze for about 20 seconds which made the game unplayable so i did some research and input some nvidia control panel settings and now it still freezes every 15 seconds but only for max 5 seconds, i have tried to reinstall the game, reinstall mods, verify game files and even reinstalled windows twice and nothing seems to work.
