Linux Server network latency/performance issues with higher number of players

Description

I've noticed that when a lot of players join the server:

  1. Voice chat gets "choppy"
  2. Latency increases

Both issues can be seen in the attached video. The system this was running on is Ryzen 7700X, 1Gbit uplink. Resource usage chart and mods list attached below as well.

Updating to mention that at the time of recording network throughput was <= 97 Mbps (entire host, I don't have rates per container right now)
