Walking in forest, STEPPED over a the left side of tree stump, fell like 2 inches, and my character made a noise and screen went black (did not say unconscious). Woke up about 20-30 seconds in the same spot later with everything gone and a new character. Had nothing in inventory, I stayed in that general area and then fresh spawn clothes and items (glow stick, bandage) spawned where I originally was.
