Hold short sticks in hands.
Combine sticks and knife.
Craft bolt.

We have tested this but we were unable to produce this on our end. Do you experience this on the 1.21 version? If so, can you please upload a video of the problem?

This is on the 1.21 version. Tested this with a ruined sackle, ruined kitchen knife and ruined bone knife so far on official and community.
