Usually happens with shotgun bk
Find loot
Swap shotgun in hand with floor loot item in order to sort floor loot into kit
Sort item into kit and exit that view
Go to pick up shotgun however shotgun is melded into wall with just the butt hanging out
Usually happens near wardrobes or cupboards in buildings
Have been able to retrieve once by moving fov to an exact point where it shows on screen the x to pick shotgun up again. Usually this doesn’t happen and the item is lost, despite usually being visible. Item doesn’t appear in ‘vicinity’ window ever.
Seems to be the fact that near a wall or cupboard the weapon or Hand item glitches into the wall.
