Occasionally when holding triangle to reload a weapon, the weapon won't reload.

Problem has persisted for years.

It used to be possible to get around the problem by having a mazagine/bullets on the 'quick wheel' and pressing circle to 'combine' from the quick wheel. It is now not possible to do this with the 'hold to combine' changes.
