This is random but very producible at the moment. In fact, the glitching in cars for us is far more frequent and longer lasting than it had been when playing on PS4's in the early days.

Initially, the problem started back in 2019 for us on PS4. At one point, I had discovered that once I had upgraded to an external SSD (Samsung T5 1TB), the problem was noticeably less frequent and much less severe. My friend bought one too for his PS4 and experienced the same improvements. When I bought a PS5 a couple years ago, the vehicle lagging/freezing events were almost non-existent.

My friends and I took a break from Dayz for several months but because of the updates that have been made since, I decided to rent another server recently (15 days ago). To our dismay, the vehicle issues were absolutely horrible. It's to the point of where we started back when we had our PS4's. .....even worse as the freezes last much longer and our even more frequent. It's really to the point where the game is unplayable, at least where vehicles are concerned. If there is something we can do to help improve our situation, please let me know. We want to continue playing but if this is how it's going to be, I won't be renting a server after this and we will move on from the game which is a real shame. We thought this problem was behind us.

To add insult to injury, the prices with Nitrado increased from $13 to $16 for a 10 slot server. Not worth it if these problems are going to continue.
