Description

Falling through map "aware this is a known issue" just want to explain some reproduction steps.

Nvgs while not using but keep battery in nvgs will continue to drain battery but won't visually show drained will only be aware battery dead once remove battery to hand, inventory or ground will it show battery true life status remaining "this bug has been a thing forever"

Gun in hand, plenty of space in inventory, hold "Y" on Xbox will not replace empty mag in gun with another mag in inventory albeit mags in inventory have ammo in them, this is catastrophic in a pvp situation when can't get another mag in gun to replace existing one but bug can happen anytime anywhere any situation. "Long time bug"

Will add other comments when can remember other bugs my memory fuzzy at the moment but sure I'll remember more.

Steps To Reproduce

Falling through map:
Mostly only happens if play on servers half way around the world so high ping definitely makes worst.
While using melee and step on top of wolf, sometimes while melee zombies.
Lay down near a wall and crawl backwards or sideways towards wall.
Get out of any type of vehicle.

Place a door or vehicle body part under a tire of a stuck vehicle stuck near a wall.

Place battery in nvgs, use nvgs, turn off nvgs, battery keeps draining while also not showing true life value of battery until removed from nvg goggles.

The hold "Y" to change mags not working can happen often so hard to reproduce if I knew exactly why happens or how I would avoid doing to prevent so I don't know.

Event Timeline

This bug or feature I don't know but wasn't always a thing and I am aware it's a know issue:

Clothing items or guns attached to player will not always remember preference if they are collapsed or not to hide or not.

Examples have gun on back have collapsed to hide it in inventory menu, close inventory menu, hot wheel gun into hand, hot wheel gun back on back, open inventory menu gun sub menu no longer hidden.

Can happen with clothing items too, have multiple clothing items and guns collapsed and hidden in inventory menu's, drop something like a large tent from backpack on floor which makes you step on it, pushes your character a bit, close inventory menu, open inventory menu again and now everything that was collapsed now sub menus open again.

Guns that have multiple sight / scope options will not save last preference used while using gun in hands, putting gun away via hot wheel and taking gun back out to hands via hot wheel.

Examples, mosin with pu scope can have gun scoped in, put gun away, take gun back out, aim and gun now looking down iron sights albeit last time used was looking through scope, same can be said for both 4x and 6x atog scopes won't persist if say using red dot on 6x atog put gun away next time use gun can be scoped in 6x sight. Same for 4x and happens to all guns that use pso-1, pso-1-1, p87 scope and so on.

In my opinion these are huge quality of life issues and the latter "talking about scopes" when experience is a matter of life and death and can be catastrophic in pvp situations and caught off guard delaying timing to fire and being clutch in a pvp situation.

When using inventory menu to see items on ground in vicinity doesn't update without closing menu and opening again or there will be a delay for it to refresh ever since update 1.20

Example, drop loot on ground like say meat near a fireplace,

Walk any distance away let's say 50 feet, cut down a bush, open inventory menu to see vicinity to pick up wood, will show meat on ground.

This is happening with all dropped floor loot, corpses, items pulled off corpses pretty much anything and everything on floor, resulting in a delay to refresh stuff on ground when moving from items to items on ground with enough distance between items to not being to see stuff still.

I second the sights on gun bug and the item dropping bug.
A bit more info for the sights on our guns though. If you have a 6x atog set on red dot, then pull out your long ranged weapon with a hunting scope or built in scope or even if that second gun has another 6x atog set on the atog sight instead of the red dot, when switching back to the other gun it will set it to the atog as well. Same happens vice versa. If you have your atog set on your gun, then swap to a hunting rifle with no scope or a weapon with just a red dot, swapping back to the weapon with an atog that you left on the atog sight, it will be set on the red dot sight instead. It seems the game wants to keep the range of sight you use saved instead of individually saving the last range of sight used on a specific gun. This also happens to mosins and sks quite often. You'll constantly need to swap to the PU sighting again if you've used a gun right before it without a long range scope. So in conclusion I'm only assuming it has to do with zoom levels also interfering with it.

Hello everyone.
We thank you for all of your feedback, however, can you please make a separate ticket per issue that contains all the relevant info/repro steps/screenshots/videos and such? As having multiple issues in one ticket is problematic, especially when it comes to information gathering, as people tend to put their inputs about multiple issues at once and the information provided is not always very clear.

Also if the issues are already known, such as the issue with collision and falling through the map, you do not have to create a ticket as there are several and we are aware of the problem and it is being worked on.
