Character clothing stays constantly wet/drenched after update 1.20 and regardless of whether you wring out the clothes or stay near a fire soon as you walk outside of a building the clothing is wet within a few minutes. Also even while the weather is sunny with no rain clothing stays wet.

Update: The issue appears to be from the new line of code in Gameplay.json called "wetnessWeightModifiers" removing this new code fixes the issue.
