Return gun damage

1. VSD / LAR not best weapons, not real damage, u cant kill players, in life VSD can shot more than 1000m+ without issues, here u cant kill even with 200m
2. Same for civilian sniper rifles Tundra/Blaze/Savanna, why from 150m u cant shock player in torso, earlier u could kill with 150m with platecarrier
3. ASVAL/VSS must be best weapons with 9x39ap
4. SKS/PIONEER/CR527 with low caliber are the best weapons right now, it cant be real
5. In fact top rifles (rare) are not the best
6. Rebalance weapon damage, TIER1 must be TIER1, TIER4 must be TIER4, civilian weapons must be worse than mil weapons, bigger caliber must be the best (762x54 / 308 )
