When attempting to ignite the stone circle camp fire with a blowtorch, the animation stops but the blowtorch is still turned on, sometimes you are able to move around and sometimes it feels like the character is glitched in one spot and not able to move freely

Attach the items necessary to start a fire
Attempt to ignite it with the blowtorch
Additional Information
This happened 3 times in a row
First 2 times I was able to move around after the animation stopped and detach the gas canister from the blowtorch to stop it from running out of gas but the 3rd time I was unable to move freely and couldn’t detach the gas canister so it ran out of gas
