Player dropped items should not affect spawned loot. Dupers are leaving loot all over the ground making it impossible to find loot normally. Even if a normal player decides that they don't want anyone to find tier 4 loot they can just drop it on the ground. Just like landmines except landmines are protected by flagpoles.
