Hello,
My current character its probably bugged in sickness.
I tried to heal myself in any possibile way, taking pills, changing clothes, changing water bottle, taking different pills.
The sickness disappear for only 5 minutes after antibiotics, but than it appears again .
It looks like my char is not effected by it, the only issue is the cough and the out of focus visual .

Please, how can I manage to resolve this problem?
I dont wanna die , now i’m very closed with my char ahaha
