Picked up and wore a badly damaged motorbike helmet with blood drops on the visor. It spawned on a loot train @ Mutnyizaliv coast by Balota.

When I got a 2 cuts, 2 blood droplet animations appeared. When I repaired the cuts, the blood drop animations continued, no blood was being lost.

Animations stopped when i took the motorbike helmet off
