While playing with my friend on ny2178 ex. I was setting a trip wire. When I placed the grenade in the trip wire I blew up. I was at the airfield placing the trip wire on the barracks across the airstrip across from the atc. In front of the blue truck. My friend came along to loot my body. When he pressed x to equip the remaining grenade from my vest it blew him up as well.

Steps To Reproduce
Make sure character has tact vest and equip the eastern grenades on vest
Place a grenade on a trip wire.
Moving from vest to trip wire
If it kills you while attempting to arm trip wire. Use another character to loot remaining grenades from vest on dead character. Moving that grenade should kill you.
Additional Information
My friend did stream this event and we can provide video footage of his death moving the grenade to his inventory and it killing him. Let me know if I can be of anymore assistance
