Car wheels should not get ruined when crashed. It is not realistic that when you crash going 40 km, You ruin both front wheels every time. It makes sense if you're going 100 plus km but in my experience crashing does not damage wheels unless they are hit from the side. Also fresh spawns should have difficulty taking wheels off of cars. I have found many cars without wheels because a player felt the need to despawn them.
