Description

Can no longer combine an item in the hand with an item in the inventory by pressing 'B'

Problem is the same for stacking bullets

Steps To Reproduce

Place chicken in hand (or cock, whatever your preference;) ).

try to combine with knife in inventory by pressing 'B'.

Nothing happens.

They've changed it so that you have to hold b to combine. I had the same problem until I read the prompt. Its a good change.
