The player would die but other people would still see the body in the crouch position. Not really a high priority bug since it is just visual. You can access the items and skin the body regardless.

Steps To Reproduce
When someone is killing themselves, if you heavy punch them in just the right time when they are just about to die, the bug happens.
Additional Information
I have seen these dead bodies that still stand even though they are dead before, so I would not be surprised if there were other ways to make this happen. For example getting heavy punched when getting shot or something similar ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
