Unable to get passed menu (play/view any servers public or private).
Immediately/consistently getting alarm;

BIOS ERROR (0x00050017)
Communication Error, resource unreachable or unavailable.

Javent been able to play for about 2 weeks now. I rent and host multiple servers, so I am very agitated that I've paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a game and servers that I myself can no longer access.
I've tried everything, from reinstalling the game. Restarting my router, and even swapping it out. Tried a different internet supplier, and tried a hardline connection. Checked for updates, checked for software errors. Nothing resolved the issue and I've never had this problem before.
I've been playing this game since it first released way back on PC and have always dealt with the bugs that Cole along with this game. But this has got to be the biggest aggravation. I feel like I got robbed, and nobody is doing a damn thing about it. Wish there was more accountability,
I can only imagine how many members/players I'm going to lose on my private servers because they won't wait around for a game to come back online. They'll simply move on to something more reliable,

Please correct this issue. I am already seeking outlets to get my money back, because this has become straight up robbery. Can only imagine how many others out there are paying for a game and servers and are not receiving what they are paying for.
