Every time you would hop into a vehicle it will glitch around on the driver's screen but will be completely fine for others. Driving a humvee will also cause the game to crash. Vehicles will over rev the engine when in neutral and not touching the gas.

Steps To Reproduce
Over rev: Hop into any vehicle with highest gear selected.
Vehicle will glitch at random times. Most successful with the Olga.
