When i play engineer i try to build but when i click the build button the thing i want to build blinks in then out, i cant build with it so i don't think it's a visual bug. I've made sure i am able to build in the area and if that particular thing is buildable for that server. but it still happens to every server that I go on too. it only stops when i install then uninstall the game but it always comes back in a few days. i make sure that i am ground support and are trained as an engineer.

no idea i uninstall then reinstall, at some point random it starts to happen again
