NVG's completely whiteout inside the Livonia bunker when it's daylight outside, as well as the pumpkin NVG's, they only work properly inside the bunker when it's night-time outside. I've seen this issue affect other players in some Youtube videos who also play on Playstation (I haven't tested this using the NVG scopes). It makes it extremely difficult to navigate and PvP inside the bunker, players have resorted to using torches, flares, glowsticks and headtorches inside the bunker instead of NVG's when it's daylight outside.
