It is impossible to acomplish Collateral damage task. Throughout the mission, task is always cancelled or failed, eventhough I did not kill any civilian or destroyed any civilian building or vehicle. I have tried restarting the mission and this always happens (at least 20 restarts).

Steps To Reproduce
Just play Salient Force in Altis Reqiuem campaign, Collateral damage task will cancel or fail during the mission.
Additional Information
It is quite annoying issue, since it is impossible to unlock No Requiem achievement on Steam.
