Hello my character cant get rid of a sickness regardless of the fact that it has full food and almost full hydration(which seems to never go full) no matter how much I drink). Tried charcoal tabs and tetracycline tabs and nothing helped.

Steps To Reproduce
I got it randomly after which a dry-bag disappeared from my inventory.

Its been at least 5 hours since I got it and can't do anything.
