I've been getting this issue recently as I've moved to a new country, Iran.
Although it could be due to the recent internet limitations and what not, I have noticed this happens when I use mobile Data (4G) and not when using land network. When using land network however, upon launching the game, I get a BattlEye prompt that attempts to update the BattlEye client with no avail.
The only way I found over it so far, has been to launch the game with 4G, and connecting to servers with Land Network. Not so desirable since 4G offers more sustainable connection.

I switched my 4G network type from private to public, failure to connect to servers still occurs.
This happens when attempting to connect to both official and community servers.

Found a solution for me.
It's very simple as most of the times with Dayz errors.
So first you have to log out from your Steam account. Exit Steam. Restart pc.
Then Login to your Steam account. That's it.
Seems like we have been logged in to Steam for too long.
