I dropped 3 black plate carriers in my apartment base, along with green pouches. These all despawned within 10 minutes. I later tested to see if it was happening for sure by dropping a green holster. It also despawned shortly after I left the area. I had items dropped alongside the plate carriers that were also acquired in Livonia, they did not despawn. I spent a lot of time gathering those plates, it’s very hard to get to the new bunker. All of that just to have the game take away my hard work. Come on guys, do better.
