Description

The Voice Chat on the Playstation is so quiet. It‘s nearly impossible to understand people. I have to turn the volume of the Effects almost completly down to understand people.
They don‘t wear helmets or Masks.
Please take a look on that.

Are you using PS4 or PS5? And do you have 3D audio enabled?

i play on a PS5, use Push-to-Talk and 3D Audio is enabled.

This is a known issue with the 3D Audio.
Please try to disable it until the issue is properly fixed.
