I attempted to improve my soft skills to max out my precision skill in order to be capable of repairing items to pristine quality. After spending every day after the release of patch 1.19 to improve my precesion soft skill, I was able to max it out compleatly. However, nothing "changed".
I could not repair items beyond worn. I could not gather any extra meat from animals, and when I tried to use a couple blood bags to see if I could gather more, I seemed to have only gathered half as much?
Finally, when I needed to craft a splint for a broken leg, I noticed I lost a bit of my supposedly maxed out precision skill.
