When trying to configure to new movement data added in cfggameplay, I would try to decrease everything to "0.1". When I uploaded it and tried to test it, the character was fully rubberbanding. It was like as if the server was trying to read the original values but the client side was reading the changes. It resulted in a buggy mess. In short, I don't think the movement data in cfggameplay is working.
