The players on my server and myself have since the launch of 1.19 have been having items despawn from both inventory on the player and the inventory of placed items such as barrels and seachest. Also placed item like tents generators have despawned also along with quite a lidst of other items. Also since 1.19 the placement of fencekits has changed if you want to built higher fences, before the wipe stacking a fence ontop of another was possible not it's not.
