I'm on PS5. Playing on official, ny2248. Got hit with a crowbar by an enemy player. Lost audio abruptly like I had died. I ran away and logged off. Sound did not come back when I got to the main menu. I tried to load into a different server, once the server loaded and I could move my character, the game crashed. Having the sound go out in a fight is debilitating. I don't want to be a combat logger because I lost sound. This is a MAJOR issue if it keeps happening.
