Still not able to use vehicle respawn module as intended. Module does not respawn with crew inside vehicles. Module needs to be corrected.

Steps To Reproduce
- Place vehicle(s) with crew down on map.
- place Vehicle respawn module down on map and set parameters.
- Place player start point close to vehicles intended to respawn with crew. Once vehicle is destroyed and has respawned, it will be empty.
