When playing with a mouse and keyboard, it is impossible to make your quicklsots come up by pressing ~. Before the quickslots would pop up, and then go away after a few seconds. A few days ago the ~ worked perfectly and could be used to toggle quickslots on and off with no problem. Now it seems to be broken again.
