We have noticed that in the recent Exp release that it was shown with the new plate Carriers however it seems by default the spawn rates are maybe not set correctly in most case 0. so on Livonia I belive the black plate carrier is spawning but in the types many of the attachments are 0.

Cherno only seems to have the new camo Plate carrier and not the black or green thats in the files. I am aware on community we can change this but would have hoped that they would be enabled,

No all server owners will be aware so maybe people are not getting the best experience, hopefully in a future update you can maybe include them.
