So i've seen this same bug in 3 different places now and here are the locations: Roof of HQ building in Radunin gas zone, on the roof of Dambog tower and the cables just next to the Dambog tower as you can see in the picture. I wasn't looking around for more so there is a big chance there is more of these in different places.
