I managed to find the punched card and enter the bunker at Livonia, suddenly the server restarted (or crashed I'm not sure) and after login back I noticed the tunnel were all bright like on daylight, but after a few minutes it went dark normally.

Love the patch by the way, I can not believe I lived to see the day the flying cars were fixed!
