With full health and blood and water and food in a warm temperature... I kept getting sick over and over again... once sick. could not eat more than a couple bites or I would puke. None of my gear was diminished or ruined. and if I relogged... I was fine for an hour or so... then BAM back to sick.

Just search and looting and trying to explore. Monitoring gear to make sure nothing is diminishing.
Additional Information
Taking a multi-vitamin fixes it for 15 to twenty minutes... then it happens again.
