[World Editor] Have automatic Height Map adjusting on road creation be disabled by default (or 'at least' make toggleable for Shapefile import)

Hey there!

Adjust Height Map setting is automatically enabled when a road entity prefab is added to a spline entity. Personally I'm not familiar that for what particular needs such feature is but probably it has use-cases that have been weighed on during the development of the tools (in this case World Editor).

Having been using the World Editor lately I'm finding that the automatic height map adjusting is not returning meaningful or useful results. And mostly due to that I find myself constantly having to untick the Adjust Height Map option for every single road prefab entity.

With the Import Shapefile feature it is possible to quickly populate a map with roads exported from an external program. The downside is that when imported the Adjust Height Map setting gets automatically applied. This means that when user is importing a lot of roads (or to be more precise?: splines) the height map will get adjusted under every road/spline segment. This can easily take a lot of time if the the road splines are complex or lengthy. And finally when the mass import of roads is done and the height has been adjusted to every road segment, the user has to start going through individually every spline to untick the Adjust Height Map option. And again the height map adjusting takes time when the terrain under the road segments gets adjusted to the 'original' height.

Could the automatic enabling of Adjust Height Map setting be disabled by default? Or perhaps have an option in the Tools settings (for World Editor) to enable/disable the setting? Or at least have the setting be disabled by default for Shapefile import so that when mass importing the user would not have to individually go through hundreds of splines to untick/disable the setting?
