Stone Circle fireplaces and Stone Ovens require enough time, effort, and resources by the player to warrant their being refreshed as part of a complete base

The necessary storage space to store these stones when not in use is too excessive to be practical and require too much time and resources to be able to mine new stone each time a player would want to build one

Please allow these two items to have their lifetimes refreshed by an operational flagpole
