The computation of the placement of some items in the world since the last update seem slightly put in placement. I think this may also include zombies as they seem to be in a deadlock at their spawn point.

Steps To Reproduce
Small stalls may have the blue lighter on the bench and it is unattainable. Baseball bat inside a stall on the floor protrudes the wall and viewable on outside of the stall.
Zombies seem stuck running on a flat surface.
Additional Information
Since last update.. users items also seem to lock up and logging in and out to free issues.. this is on official servers
