Hi.
When I throw glow sticks/torches/flares to the ground, there seems to be a 10-30% chance the object no-clips through the ground and disappears. It can be very frustrating and basically makes me want to respawn if I have no other light sources.

Steps To Reproduce
By throwing various lighting tools onto the ground, seems to happen especially on roads and sloped hill-sides.
Additional Information
I have not tried retrieving the invisible item once it has been lost.
