Just logged back in and went into my base to discover the first door had been damaged but not breached. Opened my 4 gates and all my locks had the same combination as before nut behind my last gate all my wooden crates had disappeared, over 40 crates full of stuff...

This is a game breaker for me, I have had my shares of heartbreak on DayZ, guns disappearing when you pick stuff or just getting killed without knowing what happened but this, all the time I put in looting this stuff and someone could just take it without breaking in my base, its just appalling, I will need to take a pause of Dayz to reflect on all the time lost on looting for someone to simply hack into my base and steal everything...
