Just so were aware, I was not in party chat.
VOIP doesn't work on any server I join.
The icon never appears when double selecting or holding left on the d-pad.
Headset & mic are on.
I tried changing to the new Controller Scheme, tried re-logging, tried signing in and out and nothing has worked.
@Geez Any update on this? I have gotten killed twice now because my game chat just doesn't work. Ive even tried creating a brand new account, but that did not work either. I can hear others but they cannot hear me nor can i get the Mic icon to display on my screen like it use too before the update. If you would like any info from me, such as my gamertag/etc... let me know.

We have tested this thoroughly but we could not produce the issue on our end. The only case of non working VOIP was when the headset was not connected or recognized.
