I've been experiencing this same issue on several different PS4 servers. They are official. DayZ US - LA 9227 (9329) and DayZ US - MI 0000. I will access the Quick Menu to choose a weapon and the Quick Menu will stay on the screen. If I try to access the Quick Menu again to remove it, the game will remove my weapons from my Quick Menu. I have tried to back out into the main menu, but the Quick Menu still remains on my screen.
