Steps To Reproduce
1 - Put 2 weapons on your back, a shirt and pants on your character.
2 - Put an item in your shirt or pants.
3 - Hide weapon inventory (where it shows attachments) pressing the right analog .
4 - Now close and open the inventory, pressing the D-pad down you will notice that even with the internal inventory of weapons closed, you will navigate through them, you will go through the inventory of the 2 weapons until you reach the inventory of the shirt or pants and take the item you want.
Additional Information
This bug is new, came with 1.18, I gave the example of 2 weapons, but the bug is happening with any item your character is using that has an internal inventory, like helmets and belts.

There is also a bug happening with the barrels, and trunk/boot inventory of cars. The issue is, i just can not see the inventory of these.

Yes, this is another bug that came with 1.18, I was going to report this one too but apparently a lot of people have already done that.
