Xbox have a "Quick Resume" feature that means that after you've been playing a game (including Reforger), then turn your xbox off, then on again later, the xbox keeps a "save state" of your recently played games so you can re-start them instantly instead of having to go through the boot-up process for the game.
Unfortunately with Reforger, when this "quick resume" feature is used (its automatic), when you try and connect to the workshop you get an Error "The response from the server took too long check your network connection and try again" and when you try to connect to multiplayer you get an Error "No Connection with backend. The response from the server took too long. Check your network connection and try again".
The only way to solve this is to quit from the game and restart, which is a bit of a faff.
