This has happen to me for the fourth time now, I am a new player, you see an item on a shelf or near a stair and you just swap it with whatever you have in hand, I know its a bad habit but when your excited to see an item you want. Most of the time the item you had in hand will come up on the upper shelf or on the ground if you werent too close to the stair or shelf. But now it happens more and more or I am too close to the shelf/stair but the item just disappears, just lost an AK while swapping for a sewing kit in a shed could not find it anywhere on the ground, shelf, outside...
