There should be an in-game player party system where people can invite friends to their party in the menu lobby and then be able to load into a server together. For example, call of duty and battlefield allow for players to join their squad party in the lobby and then load into games together which would make it easier for players to get into games quicker. Rather than trying to both find the same server and load into it separately.
