Retrieved a pristine M79. Will not load any type of 40mm ammo ive picked up.

Reload animation plays, however, no round is visible in hand or weapon. Ammo count stays at 0 as well.

When trying to reload via ammo from ground, ammo goes into inventory and not weapon.

Have tried removing all items from character, however bug persists even with just M79 on character.

Have tried restarting game. Have hard reset console. Even reset router. No luck.
